Studio City Condo Sales Report for April 2009

Studio City condo owners accepting backup offers: 6 with an average price of $401,650 range in price from $318,000 to $489,000.

Studio City condo owners that feel there buyer is solid and are listed as a pending sale in escrow: 18 with an average price of $452,025 range from $249,900 to $749,000

In the Month of April 2009, there were 10 Studio City condo sales.   The average price was $425,150. The price range went from $305,000 to $730,000. The condos sold for 96.60% of the listed price in 73 days.
